Policy Department Washington D.C. (Hybrid) Full-time

Core Responsibilities

Monitor, analyze, and interpret evolving international trade policies, tariff regimes, sanctions, and export control regulations, assessing their potential impact on the organization's global operations.
Develop data-driven policy briefs, in-depth research reports, and strategic recommendations to support senior leadership and government affairs decision-making.
Lead quantitative and qualitative research on multilateral and bilateral trade agreements, supply chain resilience, and geopolitical risk, translating complex findings into actionable business insights.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with government agencies, industry associations, think tanks, and multilateral organizations, cultivating an efficient policy intelligence network.
Represent the organization at public hearings, industry roundtables, and policy forums, articulating positions clearly and exerting positive influence on critical trade issues.
Collaborate closely with legal, compliance, and business units to ensure alignment between policy advocacy and commercial strategy, balancing risk mitigation with opportunity capture.
Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the continuous improvement of the department's research methodology and knowledge management systems.

Qualifications & Requirements

Master's degree or equivalent experience in International Relations, Economics, Public Policy, or a related field; a PhD is a strong advantage.
Minimum of 7–10 years of progressive experience in trade policy analysis, ideally within a government agency, international organization, major consultancy, or multinational corporation.
Deep expertise in international trade law and institutional frameworks, with demonstrated knowledge of WTO rules, regional and bilateral FTAs, and emerging frameworks such as digital trade governance.
Exceptional analytical and writing skills, with a portfolio of published reports, op-eds, or policy papers.
Proven ability to communicate complex policy issues clearly and persuasively to non-specialist audiences, including C-suite executives.
Strong network within major trade policy hubs is highly desirable.
Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools and economic modeling is a plus.

Technology Solutions London, UK (On-site) Full-time

Core Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end digital transformation engagements for clients across diverse industries, from initial discovery and maturity assessment through to roadmap design and implementation oversight.
Facilitate executive workshops to align digital strategy with business objectives, identifying opportunities for automation, AI integration, and process re-engineering.
Architect target operating models and technology blueprints that enable agile, data-driven decision-making and superior customer experiences.
Manage cross-functional project teams, including in-house engineers, UX designers, and third-party vendors, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget.
Develop compelling business cases and ROI models to secure stakeholder buy-in for large-scale transformation initiatives.
Drive organizational change management, including stakeholder communication, training program design, and the cultivation of a digital-first culture.
Stay at the forefront of emerging technologies and industry trends, acting as a trusted advisor and thought leader for clients.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline; an MBA or relevant Master's degree is preferred.
5+ years of experience in a top-tier management consultancy, digital agency, or an in-house transformation team, with a demonstrable track record of delivering complex, technology-enabled change programs.
Deep knowledge of at least two of the following domains: cloud migration (AWS/Azure/GCP), enterprise SaaS platforms (CRM, ERP), data analytics & AI, or intelligent automation.
Formal certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) and/or change management (Prosci) is highly valued.
Outstanding interpersonal and presentation skills, with the gravitas to influence senior client stakeholders and manage difficult conversations.
A creative problem-solver with an entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable navigating ambiguity in fast-paced environments.
Willingness to work on-site in London with occasional travel to client locations as required.

Compliance & Ethics Remote (Global) Contract

Core Responsibilities

Plan and execute independent, risk-based audits of global suppliers and subcontractors to verify compliance with company standards, labor laws, environmental regulations, and ethical sourcing policies.
Conduct on-site and virtual inspections of manufacturing facilities, farms, and logistics hubs, including worker interviews, document reviews, and physical site walkthroughs.
Identify, document, and classify non-conformances, assessing their severity and root causes, and issue detailed corrective action plans (CAPs).
Write clear, objective, and evidence-backed audit reports within tight deadlines, communicating findings to both supplier management and internal compliance teams.
Monitor and verify the closure of CAPs through follow-up audits and remote evidence review, escalating critical or unresolved issues appropriately.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the company's audit protocols, risk assessment tools, and supplier scorecards.
Stay abreast of evolving regulatory landscapes, including modern slavery acts, conflict minerals regulations, and emerging ESG reporting standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Law, Environmental Science, or a related field.
Lead Auditor certification in a recognized social compliance standard (e.g., SA8000, SMETA, BSCI, WRAP, or RBA) is mandatory.
Minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on supply chain auditing experience, preferably within consumer goods, electronics, apparel, or agriculture sectors.
Deep working knowledge of international labor standards (ILO core conventions), health & safety regulations, and environmental management systems.
Exceptional interviewing and observational skills, with the ability to detect fraud, coercion, and document falsification.
Strong report-writing skills in English; proficiency in a second language (e.g., Mandarin, Spanish, Vietnamese, or Hindi) is a significant advantage.
Comfortable with extensive global travel (up to 70%) and working autonomously in remote, sometimes challenging, field conditions. This is a contract role with a flexible, remote base.
